The shipment arrived in a less than adequate box, poorly taped up, with holes in it. The item needed extensive assembly (not mentioned) and some parts did not fit together properly.The length of wiring was as advertised and sufficient, but the chain was half that length and not enough for the job. We returned the item, but in order to receive credit the company required we repackage their pitiful box in a proper shipping box at UPS, and insure the item. That cost ended up being over 25% of the initial purchase price. We did get our refund promptly, but I imagine if Amazon had not been involved that might not have been the case. I would not order from this company again.
