My daughter got the black chandelier for her locker, and it is very cute.
The one thing that was a little confusing was getting the base open to insert the batteries. Remove the three screws, attach the base to something metal (we used the refrigerator) and then pull the light base away, the cover will stick to the metal. Then you can add the batteries.
It is supposed to have a motion sensor. That didn't work on ours when we tried it. But it wasn't really that big of a deal. You can turn it on with a switch.
Just as expected. My granddaughter will love it for her school locker. Don't know how long it will last yet.
