Costumer Reviews
We purchased this chandelier for our newly remodeled dining room. It was the easiest Sea Gull brand light we have installed yet, and only took about 30 minutes, including modifying our ancient wiring/electrical box. We chose this light because is provides 500 glorious watts of bright light from 5 regular base 100 watt bulbs. It looks gorgeous and is super bright - just exactly what we wanted. Our packaging was also extremely cheap and it was a miracle it arrived intact (think cardboard that is just a little thicker than a piece of paper).
I bought this for my electrician to install in the dining room. I wasn't around when he did the installation, so I don't know how difficult it was to put together. The primary factors for me in buying this light was getting something that was brushed nickel and not too expensive. This light fit those criteria.
With 5 lights, it's plenty bright--and best of all, regular light bulbs can be used in this. No buying odd candlestick bulbs for this.
The only downside is that some of the globes are a little crooked and I haven't figured out how to tweak the angles so that they are straight. However, they are only off by a little, so it's not a big drawback. Still, I am taking away one star for this.
